Good to know before you book

What time does my booking start?

Your package hours are counted from your event’s start time — not from when our team arrives. You choose the start time during booking.

Do I pay extra for setup time?

Setup and pack-down time are not included in booking hours. Lazuro requires approximately 1 hour before the event for setup and up to 1 hour after for pack-down.

Is the deposit refundable?

The $200 deposit is strictly non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, it may be transferred to a new date at Lazuro’s discretion, subject to availability.

When is the remaining balance due?

Remaining balance must be paid 3 days before the event. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Do you charge a travel fee?

A travel fee may apply depending on the event location and will be confirmed prior to booking.
