Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Download PDF- The $200 deposit is strictly non-refundable.
- In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit will be retained.
- Rescheduling may be offered at Lazuro's discretion, subject to availability.
- If the event is rescheduled, the deposit may be transferred to a new date.
- Any remaining balance payments are also non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 3 days of the event.
- If Lazuro is unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of payments made will be issued.
